I provide individual and marriage counseling for diverse populations, ages 17 and up. I work with a wide range of behavioral health issues, providing services that spans from depression, to substance use, grief, or relationship issues. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach that I will tailor to your individual needs, to help you attain the personal growth that you desire. I have experience working with a vast array of issues that includes, depression, stress/anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. I will choose techniques that are specific to you, and your individual needs. My goal is to facilitate positive change and recovery in a supportive, non-judgmental, atmosphere. I hope you will consider reaching out to me to set up your appointment. I accept private pay, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Healthy Blue, Aetna, Beacon, Tricare, Multiplan, UHC, and Cigna insurances. In addition, clients can only be scheduled after 5pm on weekdays, but weekends may be flexible for scheduling.
