About

NO CURRENT OPENINGS "If you never heal from what hurt you, you will bleed on people who didn't cut you." Mental health is just as important as physical health and yet we find often ourselves lacking in self care and emotional attention. Maybe you find yourself lashing out at loved ones, or having difficulties communicating effectively within relationships. Maybe you have inner doubts or shame that you have never been able to share in a safe and supportive setting. Maybe you are sick of constantly feeling depressed or anxious with no apparent cause and with minimal hope of change.

I have had the privilege of working with families, couples, individuals and adolescents (age 13-18). I work collaboratively with clients to choose which goals and direction will best promote mental wellness, relational connection, and increase hope.

Many people are hesitant to try therapy due to uncertainty of what a typical session might entail or if they will "connect" with their therapist. For that reason, I offer a free 30 minute session so as to increase your comfort level and make sure that our personalities seem compatible for our work together.
