With expertise in depression, anxiety, medical conditions, chronic pain, and issues surrounding death and aging, I'm passionate about guiding everyone from young adults to seniors. Our aim? Finding acceptance, unearthing joy, and ultimately understanding how to surf life's waves. I am a therapist working collaboratively with clients on issues from depression and chronic pain to existential issues.
