About

I enjoy working with adults to aid in self-growth by working on overcoming daily and life stressors, learning and breaking unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns, as well as managing self-esteem issues, anxiety and impulsivity. Through active listening and support, my treatment philosophy involves helping clients improve their well-being by processing, building self-awareness, and developing tools to cope and manage their issues and concerns. My empathetic nature helps clients build trust to focus on and work toward achieving their goals. I consider myself a child-free, LGBTQIA+, and sex worker- affirming therapist.

I enjoy learning and research, and am driven to incorporate the best evidence-based practices into my therapeutic approach. I utilize eclectic therapy, emphasis on talk/processing therapy for support with a semi-structured approach. I am currently working toward certification in ADHD and trauma treatment to expand my knowledge and ability to help others.

Email today if you are ready to understand more about yourself, improve your well-being, and gain support outside of loved ones.
