About

I work with individuals who need help with mood/depression, grief/loss (including pet loss), anxiety, and stress. My client history includes medical professionals and first responders experiencing burnout. I have a long history of working with military veterans and PTSD. I specialize in disability and work-related problems.

My specialties are work and disability-related issues, depression, anxiety, burnout, and grief.

My approach to counseling is that it should feel like talking with a friend. My goal is help you figure out why you're feeling something and what you need to change to feel better. My approach draws from many approaches to counseling, primarily from existential theory. I believe that our lives have meaning when we feel a sense of purpose.
