About

Do you have moments of brilliance but feel like you can never quite get it together? You work so hard to stay organized, but always feel like you’re drowning. You’ve got so many unanswered emails that you’ve stopped checking your inbox, and you can’t remember the last time that your to-do list didn’t fill you with dread and guilt. You know that ADHD plays a role in this, but you can’t slow down long enough to figure out how. For years, you’ve been thinking about getting support, but something always gets in the way. You wonder if working with the right therapist would help you get rid of this sense of never being enough.

Let's explore what ADHD means to you, noticing how it’s shaped your life. And, because ADHD is only one aspect of what makes you unique, our conversation will encompass much more. We’ll listen closely to your thoughts and feelings while making space for trying tools, discovering new ways to look at things, and building on your strengths.

We will use a combination of approaches, including IFS, expressive arts, CBT, and mindfulness to help you better understand your ADHD, feel less overwhelmed, and create a life that allows you to be your full self. My practice is nonjudgmental and inclusive; quirks and tangents are welcome.
