About

Coping with life’s stresses can feel isolating. I welcome clients into therapy to find a safe space to feel supported and focus on their individual strengths. This support includes creating an atmosphere of collaboration. My therapy style is warm and centered on learning a client’s past and supporting them in the present. As a social worker and a mental health provider, I find great merit in inclusivity and working with individuals from all walks of life.

My areas of work include depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity concerns, relationship issues and trauma. My approach focuses on Person- in- environment, which draws on the interconnectedness of personal experiences and environment. Treatment modalities I often use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT) along with mindfulness interventions.

Everyone is worthy of a healthy balance in their lives and emotional states. Thank you for considering me as a part of your journey to that balance. If you're interested in gaining insight into your emotions and want to facilitate change in your life please reach out to me.
