About

I provide support for parents and children. I provide therapy and parent training for young children demonstrating challenging behaviors at home or at school. I also provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing significant difficulties with anxiety, ADHD, and/or depression. A primary speciality of mine is working with parents to better understand their children and their children's unique parenting needs. This sometimes involves a comprehensive assessment to explore concerns related to ADHD, Autism, or learning differences.

I view therapy and assessment as an active and collaborative process. I take an eclectic approach, utilizing principles from motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, and social learning theory.

Whether working with you as an individual or as a family, my aim is to develop a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork. Through this relationship, my hope is to foster a sense of empowerment for you or your family.
