*** Practice Closed *** Life is complicated and messy! And life is especially hard right now. My passion is helping people create and live the life they want, getting through the mess, and healing from trauma. I have found that most of us do not go through life unscathed - we've all been hurt and we all did the best we could with what we had at the time. I love working with complex people and value the teamwork in the healing process. Together, we will help you heal and live with your whole heart. My approach to therapy is individualized, client-centered, and strength based. I have experience working with people that are dealing with depression, anxiety, attachment and adoption, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma and grief, self-esteem/identity issues, sexual assault and abuse, ADD/ADHD, anger management, substance abuse and relationship problems. I am an ally and not a member of the predominant local religion.
