Eclectic approaches are an effective way to tailor a productive therapeutic relationship. I'm interested in combining the strengths of various counseling modalities, with the strengths and interests of my clients. We can use your love of baking, rock collecting or even bird watching as a tool in your journey towards positive change! Together we will work to create a path that fosters strength, stability and a sound sense of self. My counseling style often borrows from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused and the Expressive Therapies Continuum, as I also hold a master's degree in Art Therapy. I have worked with many clients with a wide variety of struggles, particularly those who identify anxiety, trauma and mood regulation as their biggest concerns. I am also specifically interested in self-image and how we view ourselves. Building a positive and healthy relationship with ourselves can be an incredible step towards healing and growth.
