**I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. IF YOU ARE A FORMER CLIENT, PLEASE REACH OUT VIA EMAIL**. I believe that we are designed dynamic and multi-faceted, thus we must honor and take notice of each important piece of ourselves. By using a Bio-Psych-Social-Spiritual model of therapy we can move toward a more comprehensive understanding of your needs and a more full experience of recovery, wellness and joy. While my treatment approach is guided by my own training and experience, my goal is always to tailor therapy to your specific needs and concerns not just a symptom or diagnosis. I enjoy working with adults facing life transitions, searching for meaning/purpose or facing mood or emotional changes, past hurt and trauma, grief and loss, guilt and shame or difficult interpersonal and/or family dynamics. As a FOCCUS premarital counselor, I also appreciate the opportunity to counsel dating/engaged couples. Another personal/professional interest of mine is the intersection between mental and spiritual health. Just as our bodies can experience physical distress, so can our mind and spirit, often resulting in the inability to find sources of meaning, hope, love, peace, comfort, strength and connection in life.
