Life can be difficult. For children and adolescents it can be especially challenging. As a Registered Play Therapist, I have a passion for utilizing play therapy to help children and adolescents find their full potential. As a certified eating disorders specialist (CEDS) candidate I work with children to adults in the recovery process because recovery is possible. Having someone to help navigate life's difficulties can help one develop positive, healthy coping strategies. Through this process I work with individuals, families, and parents. I have experience working treatment, outpatient, home based, and in the school setting. I have worked with families and indviduals who have experienced trauma, grief, abuse, neglect, disrupted homes, and self-esteem. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals, families, and parents. I look forward to walking alongside you in your counseling journey. Counseling is a trust fall and I'm here to support you through that process.
