About

I find many individuals reaching out with depression, anxiety, grief, and family of origin issues in addition to a specialized population of creative clients, those going through significant life transitions, LGBTQA clients, and individuals reconstructing their beliefs and sense of self from unhealthy family systems and harmful religious/spiritual beliefs. I work with adult individuals, couples, and groups.  In addition, I offer uniquely tailored intensives and ecotherapy sessions and healing religious trauma groups for clients desiring an alternative to traditional, office based talk therapy. My therapeutic approach is research based while being eclectic and individualized.  There is no such thing as one-size-fits all healing.  I incorporate traditional supportive therapy, somatic work (such as EMDR and movement therapy), parts work, archetypal work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), active meditation, and ecotherapy.

Life is too short for you to remain suspended between past pain and future worry. I am willing to walk beside you in the liminal space between not quite where you used to be, but not quite where you are going to wind up. Where nothing is set in stone and anything is possible by transforming what may seem lost and useless into something valuable and vibrant.
