About

I'm a therapist with a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma whether it be situational or relational. I was previously a school counselor for 14 years. During that time, I learned that everyone needs a safe place to be themselves, share hard things, vent, cry, and process thoughts & feelings with someone who will listen with an open mind and an open heart. My interactions with students, parents, and colleagues deepened my understanding of the complexities of human relationships and the importance of connection and empowerment.

I have training in EMDR & play therapy. I am currently exploring ego state therapies in an effort to help clients understand the different parts of themselves & who they truly are at their core. I have found these tools to be powerful and transformative in helping clients achieve healing within themselves and their relationships.

My greatest honor is in providing a non-judgmental place for people to share their struggles and discover ways to overcome obstacles that are preventing them from having joy and harmony and attaining their goals. I see ages 10 +. Please reach out to me for a free consultation.
