About

With over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, I offer a nonjudgmental space for growth and healing. My specialties include eating disorders, body image, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions (college, divorce, LGBTQ+), and parent/child relationships. I use different therapy approaches such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, compassion, as well as a non-traditional therapy called Acceptance and Integration Training (AAIT is trademarked and founded by Melanie McGhee, LCSW.). When using AAIT, I take clients from an emotionally charged dual state to a non-dual awareness/non-charged state. AAIT helps alleviate psycho-emotional pain, establish goals, resolve problems, and ultimately promotes living a more calm, peaceful, and authentic life. It can be taught and practiced at home so clients can begin to feel at ease with themselves.

By developing a therapeutic relationship, I help clients gain insight and awareness around their personal challenges. I provide support in establishing coping skills that are tailored for everyone's own unique journey. My goal is to ensure every person can live a more genuine, joyful, and fulfilling life.
