About

I received a bachelor's degree in fine art from Kent State University and a master's degree in counseling from Trinity Washington University. I have been working in DC for the past 10 years engaging with individuals and families in various settings including court, community, and school.

I appreciate the trust and vulnerability it takes to seek help. Together, we will engage in compassionate, person-centered, and holistic therapy. I intend to promote an empathic, safe, and non-judgmental space that allows a strong therapeutic relationship to form.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in cultural sensitivity. I also use varying modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I have assisted clients in many areas, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
