About

If you have the courage to begin your journey therapy, it's invaluable to find a therapist who is highly trained, empathic & relatable. In our work together, you will experience curiosity, empathy, warmth & a touch of humor from me. With individuals, I love working with someone struggling with people pleasing, perfectionism & anxiety in their relationships. With clients, I appreciate supporting couples struggling with their communication, old hurts, intimacy & sexual issues & a desire to connect more deeply. A client that is open and motivated allows me to use my training and expertise to support your healing and growth.

For individuals, I specialize in self-worth, people pleasing, perfectionism, relationship issues, healing from old emotional wounds & attachment difficulties, developmental trauma, finding purpose & your authentic self. For couples, I can support you with long-term disconnection, repetitive fights, broken trust and sexual therapy.

I am an LGBTQ+ ally, non-monogamy-affirming, anti-racist and culturally humble therapist licensed to provide therapy in-person at my Northern Virginia office. I also offer tele-health session to any person in Virginia and North Carolina. As you consider beginning the courageous step of initiating therapy, I encourage you to reach out.
