Helping couples find their way back to each other is my passion. I have been working with couples for over 20 years on a variety of issues: managing conflicts more effectively, working through marital crises like affairs, improving communication and emotional connection, and preparing for marriage. The good news is that there are a just few simple things you can learn in therapy that will make a world of difference to the bond you have with your partner. It may be that short-term, solution-focused therapy will give you the best results. Or you might need a more intensive approach with longer sessions to break through your entrenched conflicts. I use multiple couples therapy models (RLT, EFT, Gottman) so that I can develop a treatment that is tailor-made for you. Most people who do couples therapy are glad they did.
