About

My goal as a therapist is to allow my clients a non-judgmental space where they can feel safe to express themselves, work through trauma, address their mental health, relationships and substance use. I want my clients to feel empowered to change their own lives and have the support and skills to be successful. I am a strength-based therapist who uses cognitive behavior therapy, DBT, motivational interviewing and solutioned focused therapy to help clients meet their goals. I accept most major insurance plans, probation vouchers and Medicaid. View 4 Photos

I graduated in 2015 from Doane College and have been practicing therapy for the last 6 years. My experience includes working with adults and teens who have struggled with their mental health, relationships, trauma and substance use. I have experience working in the public school system, working in private practice, leading groups and completing evaluations.

I understand that reaching out and starting counseling can feel overwhelming. Please feel free to email or call me. I am happy to meet individually or over telehealth to make sure I am the right fit and answer any questions.
