As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist I offer creative interventions for new ways of improving communication and solutions to improve important realtionships. Utilizing the creative part of oneself can be meaningful with or without an aesthetic product or result. The creative process can also reframe one's view of their problems and challenges which can lead to improved mental health and well being. Therapy can be a journey of exploration and a challenge. The best preparation for a child's future is to give that child a fair chance for a healthy personality and adjustment to life. I have many years of experience in agencies, hospitals and residential treatment centers. As a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist, I utilize art and creative therapies for expression of emotions, feelings and to problem solve. This form of therapy works well with children, adolescents, familes settings and individuals. Relationship patterns can always change and improve.
