These intensive sessions are also helpful in high conflict situations, and when couples are ready to get to work and see results quickly. 6-14 hour sessions available with breaks and snacks. Can get 6-12 months of therapy in a weekend. I believe the best therapists have survived struggles of their own. From divorced parents and a dysfunctional childhood with my single mother, to marital issues, to parenting alone.....all of this left me with a warrior mentality to not only survive, but to also create a fulfilling life and help others.
