My name is Meghan and I have been working as a clinical social worker in Oregon since 2009. I believe that within each person there is a place of profound wisdom and an innate power for healing and growth. To facilitate healing, I help people tap into this space to create a life that is in alignment with their deeply held values and passions. I believe that as human beings, we are strong, resilient, and often wiser than we know. I have done this work in a variety of settings including: community mental health, outpatient mental health, private practice, and in hospitals. In addition to my role as therapist, I have worked as a yoga teacher and reiki practitioner for many years. Through this work, I have come to believe that transformative healing occurs when we consider our whole being (mind-body-spirit). Some of the issues I support folks with are anxiety, navigating life changes/stressors and managing parenting issues. My approach is described as kind, warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I enjoy working with people who are curious and motivated to engage in the work of healing. It is an honor to do this work, and I look forward to connecting and answering any questions you have about this process.
