About

If you want to improve your relationship with food, I am here to help. For some of my clients the struggle may include: Frequent over, or under eating. Unwanted thoughts about food. Decision paralysis about how, when or why to eat. Feeling out of control with food, and bad feelings about self as a result. They want to feel capable and confident to make food related choices, restore a sense of choice and intention, be able to enjoy food and have a better quality of life. I also help people adjust to lifestyle changes due to a variety of medical diagnosis or treatments, including weight loss treatments under medical supervision.

My experience working with eating disorders, and in a medical setting helping patients achieve their health goals makes me uniquely qualified to help you. I combine cognitive behavioral approaches with mindful eating awareness, and encourage between session practice to figure out the solutions that really work.

I know that it can feel discouraging when attempts to solve your problem haven't worked. But I also know that change is possible, and will help you identify the factors that might make that more likely. I look forward to hearing from you!
