About

I have built strong alliances with individuals seeking to navigate the complexities of their inner world, who are open to exploring their experiences with curiosity and a desire for growth. I have worked with adults between the ages of 20 to mid-60s, coming from diverse backgrounds, and facing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational concerns, and social issues. Accomplishing change for clients I have worked with previously aim to increase their boundary-setting skills, emotional awareness, and autonomy.

I believe the best resource you have is yourself and everything else comes secondary. To compliment your strengths, I use an integrative approach individualized for each client because everyone has their own circumstances and unique concerns. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and values focused.

Our minds are best explored when there is a genuine curiosity to observe our experiences safely and without judgment. My hope is for us to create a professional relationship that is safe and respectful of your individuality. I aim to empower you to honor your authentic self, achieve holistic wellness, and accomplish your various goals.
