About

*Not currently accepting new clients* Hello! I am a strengths-based therapist who loves and specializes in working with children and their families. Parent-Child interaction and helping families to identify coping strategies is my passion; I have been working with children and parents for the past 11 years. My theoretical orientation is rooted in Experiential Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. By using a child directed approach with families, children are able to form close and secure relationships with others, understand and manage their feelings, and feel safe to learn and explore.

Are you a parent that has noticed behavioral changes in your child? Maybe you have a child that doesn't listen to you and you are frustrated beyond belief! Or maybe your child has been angry, crying excessively, or has been diagnosed with ADHD.

That's okay...parenting is often thought of as the hardest job in the world...I can help! Together we can identify your strengths as a parent (everyone has a strength!) and tailor strategies to meet the needs of your child and family.
