About

I have a diverse range of experience and skills in the field of mental health. My background includes working as a mental health counselor and social worker, where I have provided support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. I am trained in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also utilize solution-focused brief therapy, which allows me to help clients identify their strengths and develop practical solutions to their problems. My treatment philosophy include aspects of humanistic theories, CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, and a Strengths-based approach.

In addition to my direct counseling work, I work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. This collaborative approach allows us to address various aspects of your life and tailor interventions accordingly. I believe in providing holistic therapy that considers the mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

My experience and skills enable me to provide compassionate and effective support to individuals and families, fostering their growth and well-being. I would love to work with you and your family!
