Megan Moss (she/her) provides an accepting, nonjudgmental environment meant to empower clients to work toward healing. Due to her own experiences, she is passionate about working with people that live in bigger bodies by using a weight-inclusive framework. She offers individual and group therapy, with group work emphasizing healing through solidarity. I use a combination of somatic approaches with traditional talk therapy. I am also trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR. My practice is trauma-informed and evidence-based working from an anti-oppression lens. My therapeutic strengths are building authentic relationships with clients, using humor as a therapy tool when appropriate, and exuding warmth. I would love to work with you! Please reach out if you are looking for a pro-choice, fat positive therapist that approaches each client with cultural humility and affirms all marginalized identities including race, disability, immigrants and refugees, religion, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, and body size.
