About

Self compassion is vital for change. My goal is to help you master this difficult skill to help support you in loving and being your best self. With over thirteen years in the mental health field and almost a lifetime of focusing on personal growth, I have learned the hard way that no change comes without having a positive relationship with yourself. If you are willing to commit, I can help you develop that relationship with yourself and alter any unhealthy thought, behavioral, or relationship patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together we can tap into your intuition, use your strengths and cultivate skills needed for growth.

In treatment, we will integrate traditional therapy techniques (CBT, DBT, Brain Spotting, etc), and wellness approaches. Certified as an Integrated Mental Health Practitioner with an additional nutrition certification, experience as a meditation teacher and a student of yoga for twenty years, I understand the importance of the mind-body connection.

My passion is helping people who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, poor self esteem, LGBT struggles, and gender conflict. I also enjoy helping clients build and maintain healthy relationships by utilizing communication, compromise, boundaries, building positive dynamics, and if necessary, teach them how to compassionately exit a toxic situation.
