About

I come here believing this: the relationship we have with ourselves is the center of how we show up in the world and experience all aspects of life. It's quite common that we all could use some repair with this relationship from time to time. I work with young adults and any individuals who are struggling with understanding who they are and where they fit into the world. This may include difficulties with depression, anxiety, interpersonal/family conflicts, trauma, adjustments towards change in life and stress. You can leave therapy better understanding yourself, equipped with internal and external resources, and feel more capable.

An internal family systems approach is used to help someone better understand all of who they are and why they might remain stuck in ways of thinking, feeling and reacting. When we learn to befriend all of who we are, we engage with ourselves, others, and the world in a more compassionate, curious and confident way. I will teach you how to do this.

It is my hope that I can cultivate a safe space where one can reconnect with their inherent strength, learn new ways of coping with discomfort, and generate a more desirable way of existing with themselves, others and the world. You can always expect me to bring my humanness, silliness and all to the process. Come pull up a chair (or screen) and join me!
