About

Struggling to figure out how to work through the barrage of automatic thoughts that seem to come out of no where judging your every move or action? Do you find yourself worrying about whether or not you did or said the right thing? Are you having a difficult time letting things go that may have happened days or weeks ago? Have you had a difficult time with overwhelming feelings that seem to keep you from being the best version of yourself? Do you long to find a way to manage those feelings so you feel less stuck and can move toward your goals?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers an ability to develop awareness on the impact that your thoughts have on your feelings and how feelings drive your behaviors. Cognitive restructuring will be used to challenge negative thoughts into more productive go to thoughts, allowing you to break through old patterns and become "unstuck" and more productive.

Compassion, understanding, a safe space and a good listener are what I strive for in my practice. The time is yours and the goal is for you to use it to your advantage. It is an opportunity for self growth and reflection and I am here to help facilitate that.
