I have experience working with people from all different backgrounds, ages, diagnoses, issues, and goals. While I specialize in bipolar disorder and psychosis, I work with individuals and couples wanting to talk about an array of things. My goal as a therapist is to support whatever my client is bringing in the door. I use an eclectic method, not sticking to one specific modality or type of therapy. It is important you and I together figure out what works best for you. I want to work as a team to tackle the issues, obstacles, and goals you have together. My goal is to create a partnership between you and I that is unwaveringly supportive, trusting, and helpful.
