About

Were you the kid who was always in trouble at school for talking too much or not turning in homework? Are you now struggling to stay on track in college or your career? The things you want to complete get lost in the mess of distractions. You find yourself just staring at your computer not knowing where or how to start? Having ADHD does not mean you are a failure. It’s easy to keep repeating the cycles of shame and guilt, but you know that isn’t getting you anywhere. It’s time to build the skills you need to feel confident in yourself and to get things done!

I take a hands-on approach to helping people stick to the strategies that work. We will implement daily routines, working on making/maintaining friendships and romantic relationships, and work through struggles that come up along the way. You will walk out of sessions feeling accomplished and ready to take on your week.

I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating and like another thing on the to-do list, but don’t let the hesitation get in your way. I’m ready to create a plan with you to reach your goals. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out—I’m excited to get started on this new chapter with you!
