About

Believing that therapists are always guests in the client’s inner “home,” I approach therapy in a collaborative way, supporting clients as they create their own journey of healing. We all carry stories within ourselves, some that are life-giving, some that can hurt. Who we are is complex, made up of inner narratives and experiences that can be challenging to untangle.

Working with ages 18 and up through the adult lifespan, I focus on helping those with depression, anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, and especially ADHD. Having my own lived experience, the neurodivergent community is near to my heart. I'm passionate about following the latest research and learning how I can best support my clients.

In my work, I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, IFS and Narrative Therapy to help clients form the inner worlds they would like to create. Please feel free to reach out for a 15-minute phone consultation to see if we may be a good fit. It would be an honor to get to know you. Take good care until then!
