Hi! I'm Meg (they/she). I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensed in Minnesota. As a queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent human, I care deeply about providing affirming care to the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodiverse folx. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, students, teachers, athletes, those new to therapy, adults exploring their neurodiversity later in life, and people who have felt "stuck" with therapy in the past. I click especially well with creatives, ADHDers, and intellectualizers hoping to feel more! I am a trauma therapist and use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma processing. I am a direct therapist who can "call you out" and challenge you, while balancing gentleness, compassion, and validation.
