It's hard work to look inward at ourselves. I would like to come along side of you to find ways to experience healing from your hurt. As a therapist I hope to build you up when you've been knocked down and get you to a place where you can find peace and confidence in your self again. I am able to offer a variety of skills including play and art therapy for all age clients. I will walk along side you to find creative and positive approaches in working through conflict or pain while offering supportive encouragement to my clients.
