Hi! I'm Meg Bolger, LICSW. I have 3+ years of experience as a therapist and 10 years in the social work field. I have experience with a wide range of age groups, from adolescents to elders. I have experience treating clients with a various challenges- depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief and more. I am a generalist practitioner, meaning that I treat patients using use aspects from a number of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and emotion focused therapy. I enjoy creating a warm, supportive and nonjudgemental space for my clients. Our first session will be focused on learning more about you and working together to set treatment goals. Regular sessions after that will focus on working towards treatment goals and addressing any challenges that come up along the way. I look forward to supporting you in working through whatever challenge you may be facing.
