What if you had someone to process this grief with, without judgement? Life transitions are often filled with grief and loss, adjustment challenges, and relational changes. If you find yourself going round and round in your head, reach out - I'd love to help. I work primarily with pregnancy/postpartum, pregnancy & infant loss, surrogacy, IVF, and infertility, but love all stages of life transition work. I have trained and worked in perinatal/reproductive mental health through clinical fieldwork and employment with this speciality. I have received advanced training from Postpartum Support International (PSI). I am also a trained yoga teacher and love to approach treatment from a somatic framework when desired.
