I aim to provide compassionate and proactive mental health care services to communities with limited resources. I provide individual, group, and family care as well as business consulting, and virtual wellness retreats that helps give people in stigimized communities a voice in the places they feel the most unheard. Offer Affirming, trauma informed Telehealth and on site individual, group, and family mental health services. Facilitate wellness retreats with services benefiting the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health of clients. My goal in life is to create a community that ends the endless journey of comparison and embraces the soothing landing place of peace and kindness. My work as a therapist has been to be the person I needed when I felt lost. Someone who will be able to walk with you in good times and bad., sprinkling glitter on it all to help the high points stick out.
