Maya B Galathe, LPC is the owner of Goal Digging Therapy, which was designed to fit the needs of young professionals, entrepreneurs, and students who are already juggling so much. Our practice is completely virtual - allowing you to have more control and flexibility. We also offer "Spark Sessions" which are 30 minutes in length as well as traditional hour long sessions. My specialty areas are anxiety, depression, Racial Battle Fatigue/ Racial Trauma and life transitions (marriage, divorce, college, job, relationships, loss, parenthood).
