About

A boy being told he's out of control at school. A man, searching for purpose in his life. I became a therapist because I believe that therapy is for guys too. Though I welcome everyone at my practice, kids with ADHD, depression, trauma, and anxiety are among the most common concerns that I have worked with. Maybe you're worried about how your kid is going to grow up if they can't succeed in school, or get their emotions under control; it's really hard to parent alone. As an adult, maybe things just haven't panned out the way that you expected. Regardless, I am here to help.

I believe that there is a deeper meaning to the difficulties that we experience in everyday life. I want to explore that with you, your child, or both of you. I love to help people heal from trauma with TF-CBT, and often help guide boys to a healthy manhood. I like to create a fun, safe, and vulnerable atmosphere in therapy to help us deal with big problems.

Maybe you haven't had the greatest experience with a therapist before, or it's your first time in therapy. Regardless, I truly believe in therapist match - and I look forward to the opportunity to earn that spot in your life as your therapist. Take a look at my website and on the bottom, find "book a consultation via Alma" for my schedule.
