My practice welcomes clients looking to explore life issues and challenges, as well as existing strengths and assets, in a supportive & safe environment. Developing trust and building a positive relationship serves as a starting point; I then help my clients increase their capacity to ask themselves questions, challenge previous assumptions and patterns, understand their family/social environment and try out new thoughts and actions. Together, we walk the path of progress and change, taking steps towards becoming the best possible version of ourselves, as often as we can. Call or email me to learn more about getting started! I specialize in helping my clients successfully manage life transitions & stressors (including grief & loss), as well as treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I work with adults who are comfortable with virtual sessions and have weekday, daytime availability. My practice brings a balance of theoretical orientations, using Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approaches, as well Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills to promote increased emotion regulation, mindfulness, and skillfulness within interpersonal relationships and distressing situations.
