About

I specialize in helping adult individuals overcome addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and phase of life issues. I understand that life can present many challenges, and it's not always easy to navigate them on your own. That's why I'm here to offer support and guidance. I utilize a combination of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

In therapy, I take a client-centered approach, meaning that I work collaboratively with each individual to understand their unique needs, experiences, and perspectives. I believe in empowering my clients to take control of their own lives and make positive changes that align with their values and goals. Whether you're struggling with addiction, anxiety,

depression, stress, or any other mental health issue, know that you don't have to go through it alone. I'm here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards creating a happier, healthier future. If you're ready to start your journey towards healing a happier, healthier future, please give me a call.
