About

Let's take the time to talk about what gets in your way. Together we will identify roadblocks, examine patterns, and reauthor a story that aligns with a new vision. Change creation does not have to be limited by your past experiences or future fears. Change happens with compassion and support. Using connection as a foundation for courage. We will have an open, honest, empathic, and nonjudgmental exchange of stories.

My goal is to create a safe container where individuals feel heard. If you experience: shifts in relationships (family/ partner), feelings of anxiousness, or depression, let us work together to find ways to manage the complexities of life and relationships.

I've seen firsthand how ethnicity, culture, and gender influence who receives therapy and how it's delivered. As a Black gay clinician with intersectional identities, my goal is to reduce barriers and normalize therapy. For anyone who has experienced marginalization due to their identity. Let's start today.
