About

I am passionate about guiding my clients in understanding their history, behavior, personality, and how they navigate through the world. I think it is important to identify, provide empathic support, and find solutions to managing the difficulties of life. I also enjoy supporting youth and adults through their interpersonal challenges and exploring current and past stressors. I hope to find clients that I can support in this journey of self-exploration, healing, and self-efficacy.

I specialize in treating those who are affected by depression, anxiety, cognitive distortions, and trauma-related stressors.

Whether it's your current or past challenges that you are looking for support and guidance through, my hope is that I can help you as a part of this process. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation through phone, email, or through our group practice website.
