About

My practice is oriented towards persons who need support for coping with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, and substance/alcohol use. My approach is concerned with creating a safe space in which you may share your current experience, history, and explore solutions, build skills, and engage in healing modalities. My clinical interests include working with adults, couples, relationships, families and especially persons in the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize a trauma responsive, strengths based, solution focused approach. I offer frameworks of compassionate self-understanding, and help people find meaning and purpose in living.

I am focused on meeting people where they are at. I’m trained in EMDR (Level I and II) and offer psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, spiritual, and harm reduction approaches in my practice.

There’s so much going on in the world right now and support is so important. It’s a priority to me that the persons with whom I am working feel that it’s a good fit. Please call or email for more information or to set up a free initial 15 minute phone or zoom consultation. Thanks so much for your time and interest!
