About

Welcome to my profile! I'm a compassionate and warm psychologist with 12 years of experience. I specialize in helping individuals feel more compassionate for themselves and reflect on patterns that may be hindering their personal growth and well-being. I help individuals challenge patterns of thinking and ways of behaving in relationships that no longer serve them. I believe in empowering individuals to challenge and move beyond these patterns, allowing them to embrace new perspectives.

I pull from humanistic, relational, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Feminist therapy. As a gay male psychologist, I am especially interested in intersectional identities, resilience, and processing complex relationships with family.

If you are seeking a psychologist who can help you challenge thought patterns, provide LGBTQ-affirming therapy, and support you in addressing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or OCD, I would be honored to join you on your journey. Let's work together to create positive change and foster your personal growth.
