Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I welcome a racially and demographically diverse clientele of adults, including members of the LGBTQ community, for individual psychotherapy. I have been working with people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, family strife, sleep disturbances, and life transition stress for over 15 years. My clients want better lives for themselves, to be able to live comfortably and freely day to day, and to have the lives they dream of for themselves. I have 15 years experience working in adult mental health, with people of numerous different racial, ethnic, religious, and gender identities, including the LGBTQ population. I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practitioner, and have been rounding out my practice with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training for just as long. Everyone needs help sometimes. We can't do this alone. These beliefs guide my practice as a therapist and are the fuel for my drive to help others. I've seen what trauma, depression, anxiety, family and relationship discord, and life transition stress can do to people, and I've honed my practice in coaching people to manage them. I hope to help you as well.
