I’ve found that addressing both the obvious and subtle impacts of trauma to often be the key to resolving long-standing problems with depression, anxiety, interpersonal concerns, and emotional dysregulation. Many clients come to me when they’ve had unsatisfying experiences with therapy that have left their deeper issues unaddressed. While this work can be challenging, I find it deeply rewarding to help my clients find meaningful relief from their emotional pain. I specialize in hard-to-treat issues including post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, and cycling mood disorders. I use an integrative approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapies, dialectical behavior therapy, and EMDR. I am licensed to provide teletherapy services to individuals residing in the following states and US territories: KY, IN, AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND.
