About

Mental well-being is essential to overall health and living a happy life. However, the struggles of life and the daily negative experiences can take a toll on our mental health. We may feel unsafe or uncomfortable to discuss these issues with our friends/families. Facing these challenges on our own can feel daunting, and impossible at times. Thus, it is essential to have an outlet to discuss our emotional struggles, all the while having a supportive, empowering guide during this journey.

My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, empathy, and other evidence-based modalities. I provide support to help clients to feel empowered to make positive changes and improve their self-worth. I teach clients to utilize coping mechanisms to overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety.

As a firm believer in therapy, I strive to provide a healing experience that is free of judgement, or pressure. I offer therapy that focuses on easing depression and anxiety, while being mindful of each client’s distinct needs; where are you at, where do you want to be, and how I can help you get there.
