About

For most people, strong relationships are an important indicator of health and well-being. When we feel stuck in old patterns that no longer serve us, our connection to others suffers too, which can turn up as depression, anxiety, or simply feeling alone and disconnected. By reconnecting with our essential gifts and strengths through the therapy process, we in turn can offer more to family, friends, and community.

I feel particularly called to working with grief and loss. Sometimes we feel as if we have become disconnected from our vibrancy and our deep potential for happiness and wholeness. Ironically, it is often through our losses that we rediscover ourselves. Witnessing this powerful reconnection to self is the reason I love my job.

As a Jungian psychotherapist, I use clients' dreams and creative endeavors as a portal to a deeper understanding of self. The unexpected beauty and strangeness of dreams can inspire a new perspective or unveil unknown motives, wishes, and identities. When we feel stuck, dreams can offer a path, a spark, or a sense of resolution.
